Our captain is an experienced sailor with professional accreditations and certifications. They will always prioritise your safety and comfort throughout the journey and are responsible for navigation, mooring, monitoring weather forecasts, and plotting the route.

Victor Mortier

Captain

Nationality: Belgian

Captain Victor Mortier brings over four years of professional command experience and a lifelong connection to the ocean. His career spans monohulls, up to 70-foot catamarans, and a 100-foot yacht in Australia, where he also served as onboard engineer, refining a strong technical foundation with confident leadership at sea.

Having cruised extensively through the Mediterranean, Australia, and the Caribbean, Victor navigates with precision, foresight, and an intuitive understanding of each region’s character. Every itinerary is thoughtfully curated to ensure seamless passages, absolute safety, and experiences tailored to the rhythm and preferences of his guests.

Victor fosters an atmosphere of understated luxury and authentic adventure. A dedicated watersports enthusiast, he is passionate about kitesurfing, surfing, sailing, and fishing, with  a deep respect for the traditions and responsibility that come with it. For Victor, the sea is not simply a place to navigate, but a way of life. One he delights in sharing with guests through thoughtful seamanship, local knowledge, and appreciation for the natural world.

Lulu Milton

Lulu is a Mediterranean-inspired chef where she blends refined cuisine with warm, attentive hospitality. Her menus celebrate fresh, locally sourced, and seasonal ingredients, thoughtfully crafted into vibrant and nourishing dishes. With a creative approach to dietary preferences, including gluten-free alternatives, she delivers elegant dining experiences that feel both elevated and balanced.

Self-trained and shaped by culinary experiences across the Caribbean, Australia, and Europe, Lulu draws inspiration from regional flavours, cultures, and landscapes.

Sustainability is at the heart of her work, aligning with the forward-thinking ethos of Silent Grace.

As a host, Lulu creates an atmosphere of ease and connection, ensuring guests feel relaxed, cared for, and immersed in their surroundings. Guided by a holistic philosophy rooted in mindfulness and well-being, she brings intention to every detail onboard.
